Bryan KarijanianGraduate of Musicians InstituteInstruments:Guitar, Band coachBio:As a native of Western New York, Bryan developed his style studying under some of the best instructors in the area. Bryan began teaching at age 17 and in 1994 went to The Musicians Institute in Los Angeles where he immersed himself in the styles of classical, blues, classical and progressive rock. After graduating he returned to New York and played in the modern rock band Velour. During his that time Bryan recorded several albums and toured in support of artists such as the Goo Goo Dolls and Everclear. |

Dave NassieArtist: PLAYED WITH INFECTIOUS GROOVES AND SUICIDAL TENANCIES 1994-1999 PLAYED WITH NO USE FOR A NAME 1999-2009 CURRENT GUITAR PLAYER FOR BLEEDING THROUGH 2009-PRESENTBio:Dave Nassie started playing guitar at the age of nine years old after being shown the way by a neighbor and early guitar mentor. Studies began immediately at local schools in Orange County California. After studying the theory courses taught by Howard Antmann and technique studies with the late Brian Jones, Dave started teaching as well at the age of 14 at the Antmann School Of Music.Instruments:Guitar, band coaching |
Voice Instructors
| Care'n Chato Graduate from UC Irvine Instrument: Voice Care’n is an exceptionally multifaceted performer and instructor in all areas of the performing arts. She has trained extensively in many forms of music, dance, and drama. Care’n’s love of the arts began at home, while growing up in a musical household, and then flourished with the guidance of outstanding voice teachers such as David Jenkins, Daniel Ebbers, Robin Buck, and Frances Young, along with esteemed dance teachers such as Deborah Skinner, Tara Morton, Tony Banks, Molly Lynch, and Jody Gates, to name a few. Care’n studied the performing arts with an emphasis in vocal performance at the University of the Pacific where she received her Bachelors of Music, and the University of California Irvine where she received her Masters of Fine Arts. She developed skills that would take her performing all over the world in musical theater, opera, jazz, choir, and all dance styles including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, hip-hop, and break dance. As a teacher, Care’n immensely enjoys sharing the passion that she has for the arts with kids and adults of all ages and abilities! |

Danny ThompsonArtist face to face, The Uprising, Material Issue / Co-Ceo of the Music FactoryInstruments:DrumsBio:Danny is the Co-Ceo of the Music Factory and is currently the drummer for punk icons, face to face. Danny began his drumming career in Chicago where he was part of the legendary power trio, Material Issue. Over the years he Has toured the world playing to festival size crowds as well as recording with industry professionals such as Steve Albini (Nirvana) . face to face recently released their 8th studio album, their first in almost 7 years and the band can be heard daily on KROQ. Danny is featured in the August 2011 issue of DRUM magazine and is endorsed by Sabian cymbals, Vater drumsticks, Yamaha Drums, Aquarian Drum Heads, Humes and Berg cases, cympad cymbal optimizers and Telefunkin microphones. Due to his current touring schedule, Danny is only accepting advanced level students. |
