Visit our Website! Music Factory Newsletter November 2011 News and reminders.... The school will be closed on Thanksgiving day and from December 24th to January 1st. We will reopen for lessons on January 2nd. Please remember that we do not do make up lessons for the week in December that we are closed. We will be doing make up lessons for Thanksgiving day and if you miss two lessons during the holiday break we will make up one of them. We are posting lots of videos and pictures of our students on our facebook page so be sure to like us. Please check your email spam filter to make sure you can receive emails from our scheduling program. We send lots of communications through that system and get about 40% kicked back to us. Olivia Castagna Charlotte Castagna Cheyenne Torres Taylor Leach The students who make up the band Paajunglecorn have come a long way in the last 6 months. They wowed us at the recent student recital and I don't see them slowing down anytime soon. It's not just what they do here at the school but what they do when not at the school that sets them apart. They rehearse together at one of their homes and you can tell they truly love what they are doing. These students are a great example of what we are all about at the Music Factory . Rock Band class at The Music Factory oc The Rock Factory program is expanding! Starting in january we are going to be expanding our number of Rock Factory band classes that are available. We will be taking names to build a list of new members. classes will be available Monday through Friday at 5pm and 6pm. We realize that many students want to do a band class but it is very diffcult to drive to the school two days a week. With this schedule almost everyone can do a band class the same day as your lesson. we will also work with you to assign you a new lesson time to get it as close to the band class time as possible. Thank you to all the students who performed at the recent recital. Due to their outstanding performances we had our best recital yet. The showcase room was way over capacity and people were watching through the windows! The next recital will be in March so start preparing now. I would love to see more adults perform at the next one. We are looking for a venue to do the band showcase at in March.
